sauce:1 cup soy sauce3/4 to 1 cup water1/3 cup apple cider vinegar1 tsp sesame oil1 tbs minced garlic1 tbs minced gingerslurry of 1/4 cup water and 2 to 3 tbs cornstarch1.5lbs chicken breast1 lb steak2 bags frozen stiry fry vegs1 bunch scallions
for sauce, combine everything except sesame oil and cornstarch slurry in a sauce pan. heat to boiling. add slurry and cook, stirring until sauce thinckens to desired consistancy.
for stirfy brown meats and add thwed veg. heat through and combine with sauce. serve with rice or lo mein
