Italian type pork chops

Pork loin (chops), 2 chop, excluding refuseRed Wine, 4 fl oz*Tomatoes-Hunt's Diced Sweet Onion, 2 cup*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, .5 tbsp Thyme, ground, .5 tbsp one Basil leafsalt & pepper to taste
heat up oil in skillet, brown pork 3-5 min each side. Set meat aside, salt and pepper to taste.
In skillet brown onion then add red wine, bring to a boil for one minute.
add tomatos basil leaf, oregano and thyme and salt to taste. Add meat back to skillet and cover w/ as much sauce as possible. Simmer on low heat for 30min (flip meat half way through).
Remove meat, raise heat for 3-5min to thicken sauce. Pour sauce over meat and serve.
