Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

Ingredients
400g boneless chicken breast, chopped into chunks1/3 cup flour/cornstarch1 tbsp olive oil1/2tbsp salt1 tsp balsamic vinegar3 tbsp ketchup200ml Orange Juice4 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
In a bowl mix together orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and ketchup.
Coat the chicken in the flour and a little salt. Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and brown the chicken.
Put the browned chicken into the crockpot then top with the sauce. Give a quick stir and leave to cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3.
