All I can say is WOW!!! I honestly didn't think it was going to turn out as fabulous as it did!! My kids loved it and my neighbor said it was better than Panda Express.. I added a tad more rice vinegar and a little more ginger for a little more zing but I am definitely keeping this recipe!! - 3/25/08

Dude. I freakin' forgot the vinegar! Like a spaz! But, it came out so incredibly delicious. I made brown rice, with some fried eggs and then in a separate pan I sauteed an array of veggies and put the sauce on them and then poured my toppings over my rice. I think next time I'll also cut the sugar. - 1/17/13

Delicious! I used apple cider vinegar cause its what I have. I wonder if rice vinegar would be even better? Could use a little more red pepper for my taste, but as is the kids decided it was edible. :) Mine was a little thin, but I think I should've just cooked it longer, I had to run off to work. - 9/7/12

This was better than the Chinese restaurant. I used the zest of 2 oranges and juice of one and only 3/4 cup of brown sugar. I wanted to really taste the orange. I like the use of cornstarch to thicken sauce. I have made this before from another recipe that did not call for the thickener. - 3/27/11
