"Healthy" Monster Cookies

1 3/4 C. 100% Whole Wheat Flour1 t. baking soda1 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt2 C. old fashioned oats1 stick margarine, softened3/4 C. sugar1 C. brown sugar, packed2 large eggs1 t. vanilla2/3 C. Special Dark Chocolate Chips2/3 C. Craisins 3/4 C. natural creamy peanut butter (I use Skippy)3 t. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 and grease cookie sheets. Mix butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and brown sugar in mixer. Mix on low until mixed, scrape bowl. Add peanut butter, mix on low/medium until mixed. Slowly add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to mixer while mixing on low speed. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips, craisins and mix on low until mixed. Drop 1" balls on cookie sheet, must flatten with fork or spoon (like peanut butter cookies, these cookies will not flatten on their own). Bake at 350 for 12-13 minutes.
