Roasted Kale Chips with Parmesan

1 bunch kale, stems trimmed and cut into 2" pieces1 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp kosher salt 2 Tbsp grated reduced fat Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with aluminum foil.
2. Combine kale and olive oil in a large bowl and mix. Add chili power and salt and mix well. Arrange kale in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. B
3. Bake 12 minutes, or until crispy and the edges just begin to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and toss with Parmesan cheese.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1 cup servings
