Low Carb Tomato-Cucumber Guacamole

2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped or 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved2 medium cucumbers peeled and coarsely chopped2 Hass avocados, coarsely chopped1/4 Cup red onion, chopped3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice1 Teaspoon lime zest1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
Directions

In a medium bowl, gently toss tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, onion, juice, zest and cumin.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
