Gluten free Carrots

Ingredients
4 lbs. baby carrots1/4 C olive oil1/3 C balsamic vinegar1/4 C brown sugar
Directions
Place carrots in a 6 quart slower cooker.
Mix together oil, vinegar and brown sugar. Pour over carrots and toss to coat.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
