Chocolate Crepe Cake

Ingredients
crepes:flour 1 cupegg white, fresh, 2 largeMilk, 2%, 1 cupzero calorie sugar, 2 tblspfilling:Milk, 2%, 1.75 cup*Kroger Sugar Free Instant Pudding & Pie Filling Mix Chocolate, 4 serving
Directions
Mix all ingredients for crepes in small mixing bowl, blend well. Pour 1/4 cup of batter in 9 in crepe pan. Cook until golden brown, turn and do same for other side. Stack crepes as you remove them from pan, placing a piece of wax paper between each. Keep crepes covered to keep them from drying out. makes approx 9 9 in crepes

THEN
Make pudding mix as directed on the box. Start layering a crepe and 1/4 cup of pudding on top, then another crepe and 1/4 cup of pudding on top, again and agian until all crepes have been used.

Top with lite whipped cream or chocolate shavings or strawberries! (not included in calorie count)
