Spinach and Egg Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients
3 egg whites1/2 cup baby spinach1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded3 cherry tomatoes, quartered1 low carb tortilla
Directions
1. Heat a small pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Once heated, add spinach and cook 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and cook an additional 30 seconds. Stir in egg whites and cook until done.

2. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese. Allow to sit 1 minute for cheese to melt.

3. Lay wrap flat and carefully pour contents of pan on tortilla. wrap tightly and cut in half. Serve immediately.
