Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts (frozen is fine)1 jar BBQ sauce (I use Bull's Eye Texas version)1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Whisk all ingredients (except chicken) together in a bowl. Oil or spray your slow cooker. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the top. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (half chicken breast and 3 tbsp sauce)
