Cream of mushroom broccoli soup

Ingredients
1 lb mushrooms1 head broccoli1 cup cream1 bullion cube3 cups water1/2 medium onion1/4 cup white cooking wine2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp butter1 tbsp dried rosemary1 tsp garlic1 tsp paprika1 tsp cornstarch
Directions
Roast and process a pound of mushrooms and a head of broccoli.
Glaze half an onion in butter, olive oil and any seasonings.

Add processed veggies and three cups of stock (or water and a seasoning cube).

Bring to a boil, add a cup of cream and a quarter cup of white wine and simmer for twenty minutes.

Voila! Makes six servings. Garnished with parsley flakes, served with a salad and followed by flourless chocolate brownies :)
