Spicy Low Fat Turkey Chili with Beans

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey Breast1 tsp. salt1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 Medium onion, chopped3 Tbsp Chili powder1/4 tsp cayenne 1/4 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp oregano2 cans Ro-tel, 1 original and 1 mild2 15 oz. cans Black Beans2 15 oz can tomato sauce
Directions
In a medium stock pot heat oilve oil.
Add chopped onions and cook until they are more tender.
Add ground turkey and salt. Cook until no longer pink.
Add chili powder, cayenne, ground cumin and oregano. Cook with meat for a couple minutes.
Add Ro-tel, canned beans (undrained) and tomato sauce.
Mix well and bring to boil.
Simmer covered for an hour.
Makes about 10 servings.
