Tuna Artichoke Melts

1 can Progresso artichoke hearts, cut up1 pouch White Albacore tuna1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained1 T. olive oil, optionalgarlic, minced, to taste1 t. dried basilsalt to tastefresh ground black pepper to taste1 oz. part-skim mozzarella 4 slices reduced calotie whole wheat bread, toasted
Combine artichoke hearts, tuna, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Transfer to a small baking pan and top with cheese. Broil for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Serve over toast, open-faced style.
