Vegan Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1pkg. fresh Basil-about 15 leaves1/2 c. olive oil2 cloves garlic1/2 c. walnutsdash sea saltdash black pepper (Fresh ground if possible)10 c. cooked pasta (any shape, size, color)1 pkg. frozen broccoli (other veg would work)
Directions
Put a pot of water on the stove to boil (for the pasta and veggies)

In the meantime, put oil, garlic, basil and walnuts into a food processor (i have a great mini one that cost like $15!)

Chop until all ingredients are very fine.

Salt and Pepper to taste, set aside.

Add pasta to water, cook until nearly done.

Add frozen vegetables to the cooking pasta so that they warm up.

Drain, mix with pesto!

This particular recipe makes about 10 cups of cooked pasta salad or 10, 1c. servings.
