Ingredients
4 1/2 tsp. Whole Wheat Flour1 (6 oz.) Can 100% Pineapple Juice2 Tbsp. Splenda1/3 C. 100% Orange Juice Concentrate2 Tbsp. Honey2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Directions
1. In a saucepan, combine the ingredients & bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 min. or until thickened & bubbly. Cool. Serve over fruit. Leftover dressing may be refrigerate for up to 1 week.
