Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Peanuts, dry-roasted, .25 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)
Mix everything together except oil and mustard seeds. Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds. When they start popping add chopped green chilies and fry for few seconds and add it to the vegetable mixture. Mix well and squeeze lime juice and mix.
