Shepard Pie

1 lb ground beef cooked & drain (i would have used turkey if I'd had it)2 c. frozen mixed veggies1 c. beef gravy (i used lowfat)Mix these 3 together & put into 9 in baking dish2 c. mashed potatos (can use instant; but i made my own)4 oz cream cheese cubed (i used ff)1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (i used 2%)2 cloves garlic mincedMix this all together while potatoes are still warm and cover the beef mixture w/ thisTop that w/ 1/2 c. shredded cheeseBake for 20 min or until bubbly.
