6 whole grain tortillas5 large eggs2 tbl water6 breakfast sausages1 cup salsa1 cup cooked spinach1 cup shredded mexican style cheese
Chop up the sausage and begin cooking. Beat the eggs with the water until frothy. Pour the eggs in with the sausage and cook until almost set. Add the salsa and the spinach and finish cooking. Warm the tortillas and divide the egg mixture and the cheese equally among them.
