Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup of chopped onion5 tbsp of butter, divided 2 cups of soft bread crumbs2 cans of cream-style corn (8 1/2 oz each)1 can (11 ounces)whole kernel corn,drained2 eggs1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Directions
in a large skillet saute green peppersand onions in four teaspoons of butter until tender.stir in soft bread crumbs, corn and eggs. Transfer to greased 8-in square baking dish.
2. Melt the remaining butter, toss with dry bread crumbs. sprinkle ove casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
