No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
*Skim Milk, .5 cupGranulated Sugar, 2 cupButter, salted, 1 stickCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cupPeanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup1-mimute Quick Cooking Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 2.5 cups1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
1. Bring skim milk, butter, and sugar to a boil.
Let boil 1 minute (rolling boil)
2. Remove from stove
3. Add 1/2 cup baking powder, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and 2.5 cups of quick cooking oatmeal, and 1 tsp. vanilla
4. Mix well.
5. Spoon onto wax paper by teaspoonfuls

Serving Size: 1 teaspoon
