Ingredients
1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal1/2 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla Protein Powder2 tbsp crushed Kashi Cinnamon Crisp Cereal3/4 cup water1 tbsp Walden Farms No Calorie Blueberry Syrup1/4 cup frozen blueberries5 tsp nonfat cottage cheese6 tbsp liquid egg whites1/2 tsp baking powder2 tbsp Ideal No Calorie Brown Sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Fold into an oven-proof bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
