Low Carb Sugar Free Chocolate Candy

2 tablespoons coconut oil - melted1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring1 tablespoon almond flour/meal2 or 3 packets of Stevia sweetner
Melt the coconut oil.
add cocoa, vanilla, almond flour and stevia
stir thoroughly
Spoon into molds and refrigerate till solidly set.
Serving Size: makes 6 thin flat pieces of candy

I made this with Splenda because I didn't have the granulated Stevia. The candy was really good. It met my chocolate cracing and satisfied my need for dairy free and low carb! - 7/2/12
