Ham Balls

Ingredients
2# ground ham, uncooked2# ground beef, lean and uncooked2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 1 pkg.)2 large eggs1 1/2 c. nonfat milkSauce:2 cans tomato soup (10.75 oz. each)3/4 c. white vinegar2 c. brown sugar, packed2 tsp. powdered mustard
Directions
Mix together and roll into balls. (Or use ice cream scoop) Makes 40-50 balls.

Sauce: Mix together until smooth. Cover ham balls with sauce and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
