Baked Haddock

Ingredients
2 lbs haddock1.5 cups seasoned panko bread crumbs1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp paprika3 tsp garlic3 tsp lemon juice5 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a large shallow baking dish.
2. Rinse and pat haddock dry; arrange in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle w/ salt, pepper and paprika evenly across fillets.
3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, lemon juice and minced garlic; evenly brush half of mixture over haddock fillets.
4. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs across top of fillets. Slowly pour remaining melted butter, lemon juice and minced garlic mixture over fillets.
5. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes of until opaque and flakes easily.
