Edamame Salad OLE"

Ingredients
1 cup Shelled frozen EdamameCan of organic black beans1/2 cup Frozen Sweet corn 1 whole chopped red bell peppper1 whole diced jalepeno pepper (seeds optional)a nice handful of fresh cilantro choppedjuice of 2 limescloved of minced fresh garlic or 1tsp granulated garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dice all fresh veggies and add to bowl
prepare frozen edamame according to package instructions,add to bowl
rinse frozen corn under warm water in collander, add to bowl
rinse and drain the black beans, add to bowl
add minced garlic or 1tsp granulated garlic
Add Cumin, Salt and Pepper
pour lime juice over mixture and stir. ENJOY!
