Broccoli and Cheese Flan in Halogen oven

1/2 Jusrol Shortcrust pastry sheet 150 gram(s) Fresh or frozen Broccoli, cooked, 131 grams 2 Eggs, fresh, 108 grams Milk fresh skimmed 2 tbsp Garlic powder, 0.5 tspSalt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 tsp or to tasteCheese Mature Cheddar, 70 gram(s)
Grease 6 inch flan tin.Preheat Halogen oven to 190C.
Roll out pastry and line tin. Prick bottom and cover with ceramic balls or dried beans or peas and blind bake for 6 mins. Remove from oven and tip out beans or balls.
Grate cheese. Preheat oven to 190C for a few minutes.
Beat eggs and milk in basin and add garlic and salt and pepper.
Cut broccoli into small pieces and put in pastry case. Scatter cheese evenly over top. Pour over egg mixture. Bake at 190C for 30 minutes or until, risen, set and brown on top.
