Honey-lemon glazed pork medallions

Ingredients
1 1lb pork tenderloin, slice into pieces1/2 tbsp olive oil1/2 tbsp butter1 garlic clove, mincedsalt and pepper1/2 tbsp honeyjuice from 1/2 lemon
Directions
Season pork slices with salt and pepper. Melt butter and olive oil in skillet. Fry pork on both sides until browned slightly. Add garlic and toss with meat. Then add honey and lemon juice and toss with meat. Let simmer until sauce is thickened.
