Brown rice meatloaf

Ingredients
1/2 Cup cooked brown rice1/2 small yello onion2 tsp chopped garlic1 lb lean ground beef1 small can tomato paste1 TBS hot sauce2 TBS worcestershire sauce1 egg1 packet onion soup mixRub ingredients 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 TBS brown sugar1 tsp water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
Mix top ingredient
Shape into a loaf
Combine w sauce brown sugar and water
Rub paste on top of meat loaf
Cook for 1 hour or to 160 degrees
Let cool 1 hour before
Slicing.
