Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth1 large garlic clove, minced1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes4 baby bok choy, bases trimmed
Directions
In large pan on medium heat, bring broth, pepper flakes and garlic to a boil. Add whole bok choy. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered, 5 minutes. Turn bok choy, cook another 5 minutes. Serve with broth spooned on top.
