Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3-4 lbs of potatoes6 c chicken broth1/2 c low fat milk1 c low fat cottage cheese1/2 t salt1/2 t onion powder1/2 t garlic powder
Directions
1)Peel and cut potatoes into even size pieces. Boil in broth until done
2)Meanwhile, use your blender to blend milk and cottage cheese until smooth.
3)Add seasonings to cottage cheese mixture and blend until combined
4)Drain potatoes, and mash with desired amount of cottage cheese mixture- I use almost all of it
5)If not serving right away or if they are not hot enough, place in a 350 degree oven for desired length of time.
