6 oz. Chobani Greek Non-Fat Plain Yogurt1/2 cup Sour Cream1/4 cup Fresh CilantroLime Juice (juice from 1 wedge)2 Tbsp. Fresh ShallotKosher SaltFresh Ground Pepper
Roughly chop cilantro and shallot. Place all ingredients except salt and pepper into a food processor or blender. Puree ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add more lime juice also, if desired.
