Veegie & Beef Soup

Ingredients
5 Carrots2 Large OnionsI small head cabbage chopped1 zucchini1 green pepper2 pounds lean ground beef3 cans diced tomatoes no salt added1 can low salt Tomato soup6 cups water with 2 Tbsp low salt beef broth mix
Directions
Cook your beef in a non-stick pan.
Mean while put all other ingredients in a large pot and simmer. Add beef once done. Simmer for as long as you want. Flavour gets better the more it simmers. Enjoy.
