Chocolate Merengues

Ingredients
egg white, fresh, 3 large(remove)Powdered Sugar, 0.5 cup, unsifted(remove)*Hershey's Chocolate Powder Unsweetened, 3 tbsp(remove)Cream Of Tartar, 0.5 tsp(remove)If making them into sandwiches:Caramel Whipped CreamChocolate ganacheSliced strawberriesMint
Directions
Beat the egg whites until peaks start to form. Add cream of tartar in a separate container mix sugar and chocolate. Incorporate to egg whites 1 tablespoon at a time. Once stiff peak form, drop the merengues on parchment paper and bake in an oven at 225 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Once merengues have cooled pair together with caramel or whipped cream. Arrange sliced strawberries and a sprig of mint to finish the presentation.

Serving Size: makes 26 individual merengues but 13 sandwich
