10 grams rolled oats4 dried apricot halves10 grams sultanas10 grams pumpkin seeds120 mils low fat milkI apple60 grams of yogurt
Mix the rolled oats, dried apricots (cut into smaller pieces - about the size of sultanas), pumpkin seeds and sultanas in a bowl.
Pour in the milk and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerated over night.
In the morning heat slightly in the microwave for 30 seconds if you don't want it cold.
Grate in an apple and add the yogurt mixing all well.
Eat.
