Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)*HyVee Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup (remove)*Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, 4 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)*(2)Hood 1% Lowfat Milk 1 cup, 1 serving (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Mix ingredients, may need to add more milk to get pancake consistency, may substitute low fat buttermilk or any low-fat or skim milk.Refrigerate mixture until ready to use. Keeps for several days in refrigerator.
Directions
Heat griddle or skillet, pour batter on hot skillet, flip over when brown.

Serving Size: makes about 8 servings of two 4-5 inch pancakes.
