2lbs Ground Turkey, 93% lean 1/2 cup Onion, finely diced1/4 cup Mushrooms finely chopped1/4 cup Green bell pepper - finely chopped2 Egg whites1/2 cup Rolled oats, not instant. (you won't taste this, don't worry) 1 Fresh basil leaf, diced1 tsp Fresh rosemary, finely chopped 1 Garlic clove, mincedSalt (opt) to tasteWhite pepper to tasteTopping of your choice. I couldn't use anything because no one else in my family eats ketchup.
Mix all the ingredients well and place in a glass baking pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes until done.
