Carmelized Banana Sandwich

Ingredients
1 Tbsp softened butter, divided1 medium banana, peeled and sliced1 tsp brown sugar1 tsp honey½ tsp ground cinnamon, divided2 slices whole wheat sandwich bread (I used Fiber One W.W. bread)
Directions
- In small skillet melt 1 tsp butter over medium-low heat.
- Add banana slices
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Cook until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side, stirring occasionally.
- When done, stir in 1/4 tsp cinnamon.

Meanwhile,
- Combine remaining 2 tsp butter, honey, and remaining 1/4 tsp cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Spread one side of each piece of bread with the cinnamon honey butter.
- Toast in toaster oven, butter side up.

Spread banana mixture on unbuttered sides of toast, cut in half, and enjoy!
