Baked Rainbow Trout

Ingredients

4 1/2 pound Rainbow Troutolive oil1 cup sliced sweet onions1 half of lemon or lime1 tbsp sea salt1 tsp seasoning
Preheat oven to 350
Drizzle olive oil in bottom of 10x15 pan
Spread about half of sliced onions in pan
Place cleaned and butterflied Rainbow Trout in pan
Spread remaining onions over trout
Top with sea salt and seasonings
drizzle with a bit more olive oil and squeeze lemon over top of trout
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or more
