1/4 cup rolled oats1/4 c applesauce, unseetened1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water (6 tbsp total)2 tbsp jay robb vanilla whey protein powder1 tbsp sugar free maple/pancake syrup (I use Walden Farms)a few dashes of cinnamon1/4 cup fiber one original bran cereal
In a large microwavable dish (I use a 4-cup measure) combine oats, applesauce, water, powder, cinnamon and syrup.
Microwave for 2 minutes but WATCH CAREFULLY as it might overflow. If it begins to, stir and resume microwaving.
When done, transfer to bowl for eating and stir in fiber one. ENJOY!
