2.25 all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp salt.75 stick of unsalted butter1.25 cooked, rinsed beans (navy, garbanzo).5 cup granulated sugar.5 cup brown sugar2 tbsp vanilla extract2 large eggs1.25 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
In small bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Cream beans in a food processor then cream beans and butter with sugar in mixer. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time to butter/bean mixture. Then add dry ingrediens until well blended. By hand mix in chocolate chips. Bake 350* for 9-11 minutes.
