Pork chops, blue cheese, cream cheese, chopped green onions, and cooked bacon
1. Butterfly or split each pork chop.
2. Combine crumbled/cut bacon, green onions, blue cheese, and cream cheese in a bowl.
3. Split the stuffing in half and roll each in a ball.
4. Stuff each pork chop with the ball.
5. Close each pork chop with toothpicks, skewers, or spaghetti.
6. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 20-40 minutes (depending on the thickness of pork chops), until the center is fully heated.
