Rice-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
Directions
1 medium onion - sauteed in Pam spray until tender11 steamed, large cabbage leaves4 Cups cooked brown rice (cooked with 1 chicken bouillon cube)1.5 C tomato sauce
Combine the cooked rice and onion. Spoon even amounts into the cabbage leaves. Roll and tuck the cabbage leaves closed. Place in a greased (Pam spray) casserole pan. Pour tomato sauce over the rolls. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
Makes 5 servings (approx) 2 rolls each serving.

Sprinkle melted cheese over
Add your favorite seasonings
Include meat if you choose ( ground turkey, etc.)
