Bacon and Cheese Crustless Quiche

1-2 cups cooked, chopped bacon (or sausage, or ham)1 cup shredded cheese4 eggs2 cups milk1 cup bisquick1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper
Heat oven to 400. Grease a 10" quiche dish. Sprinkle in bacon and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and beat in mixer on high for about 1 minute. Pour mixture over bacon and cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes, until lightly browned. Let cool for 10 minutes and then serve.
