Bottom Round Beef Roast Slow Cooked

Ingredients
Beef, bottom round, 2.5 lb 1 Onion, medium1 Tomato, medium6 Baby carrots, medium1 small Gala Apple2 cloves of garlic1 medium stalk of celeryPace Picante SauceClassico Tomato Basil Sauce
Directions
Trim off all visiable fat from the roast, chop all veggies, put veggies in the bottom of the slow cooker, put meat in on top of them, and push them around it. Pour sauce on top so meat is covered.

Optional: Add Oregeno, more dried minced garlic and any other spices you want

Let cook for at least 7 hours, is read when the beef can be shredded with a fork.
