Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
12 Plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, cord, and seeds removed. 2T olive oil1 ½ T balsamic vinegar2 large garlic cloves, mashed 2t sugar 1 ½ t kosher salt½ t freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees F
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the tomatoes, mix well.
Add tomatoes and toss lightly to cote.
Arrange tomatoes on sheet pan , cut sides up, in a single layer.
Roast 25-30 minutes.
