I couldn't figure out how exactly to get my ingredients listed as (tsp, C, etc so ignore above and go with this!!!)I also eyeball everything so go with it and just do what looks right! 1/2 C Flaxseed Meal2 SCOOPS Amplify Chocolate Mix2 Dollups (with a Tablespoon) Peanut butter (just eyeball it!!)1/2 Stick unsalted butter1/2 Block Cream Cheese1/3 C Sweetened Coconut***I put Peanut Butter (& sometimes whipped cream) on the top of mine after I cut them and am ready to eat.
Mix all meltable stuff together and microwave for 45 seconds or until you can mix easily together. Stir everything else in.
Take a small baking dish (I use my brownie pan) and grease it. Next roll mixutre into pan and press out with fingers (might get a little messy) then freeze!
