Red & Green Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
2 C of cabbage (red & green) Finely shredded1/2 C green peppers (finely chopped)1/4 C onions (finely chopped)3 Tblsp Spectrum Olive Oil Mayonnaise (organic)2 Tblsp Spectrum Red Wine Vinegar (organic)1 small tuber of ginger grated1 stalk of celery (finely chopped)fresh ground pepper to tastecelery seed to tasteThe receipe does not add salt as I want to reduce the salt in food.
Directions
Take chopped cabbage, peppers, onions, celery and ginger and place in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Add vinegar for a more moist texture without added calories. Pepper and celery seed to taste

Chill and serve
