Bread Machine Ciabatta Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water (in dry climates, increase to 1 3/4 cups)1 tsp sugar1 1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp olive oil3 1/4 cups flour1 1/2 tsp yeast
Directions
Add ingredients to bread machine in order specified. Run dough cycle. Shape into two loaves, allow to rise for 45 minutes. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
