1 medium sized head of Napa Cabbage1 roma tomato1/4 onion diced small3-6 pickled jalapenossalt and pepper to tastejuice from 1 lime
Directions
Dice and toss and let stand for 20 minutes to an hour and serve with chips or as a side to tacos.
